Here's an Easy and Delicious Sugar Cookie Recipe
Material
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
・Granulated sugar (for stretching)
procedure:
1. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs, followed by vanilla extract and almond extract (if used) until well blended.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
5. Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a 1 inch ball. Roll until the ball is covered with granulated sugar.
Do the same with the rest of the dough so that the balls are about 5 cm apart.
6. Gently flatten each ball of dough with the bottom of a glass or the palm of your hand. Dip the glasses in sugar to prevent sticking.
7. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. The grains will still look a little soft, but will harden as they cool.
8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire frame to cool completely.
9. Once the cookies are completely cool, you can decorate them with icing, sprinkles, or your favorite toppings.
